Our First Prom :)

So you might say Redneck or maybe we are a little too old for prom, but we had so much fun!!!!!  Prom for Adults - couldn't get any better than this!!!

Birthday Fun!

We had a great weekend away in the cities!  Enjoyed a Timberwolves basketball game and a awesome hockey game.  Home teams lost both games, but we had a lot of fun!

SURPRISE!!!!

Oh it's the little things that make me so happy!!!!  Josh surprised me with our new garage door!!!! I am so excited!  My poor little car has been parking outside for the last week.  Just this morning the poor girl just barely had it in her to get started.  Almost had to buy her a Red Bull :)  But now, our dreams have come true!  A brand new white working garage door!!!  All to ourselves!!!!  But first I have to kick Josh and Porter out.  For some reason, Josh has decided he loves all this extra room for working on his toys and Porter....!  well, he has made his twin bed into a KING size bed!!!!  What in the world?!   Look out boys, mama is back!  

Our Weekend

This past weekend, Josh and I reminded ourselves that we are not as young as we think we are :)  Skiing!!!!  But the laughs and memories we had with our friends will last forever!  Josh decided to take his turn at the metal ski bars that most pros use with snowboarding.  Let's just say his stomach got a workout :)  I on the other hand never fell once!!!  So proud of myself!  But of course Josh had to burst my bubble and say I was not skiing hard enough.  How do you ski harder???  hmmmm... Something to ponder on.   As soon as we get pics from our friends, I will post them.  But I am sure you can create your own pictures in your mind!

On the home front...

Josh does not really want to comment on his day.  So this will be a very exciting blog to read.  Sure you all will rush home to view this :) 

Today I had a break away from teaching.  I attended a Tech class today in Pocahontas.  Obviously I learned to blog :)  Will see what I learn tomorrow. 

Maybe tomorrow will be a little more exciting.  We can only hope!  :)  I have added pics of our family.  Porter, our dog, and Gunner, our cat, who's best friend is Louie the Fish.  Odd, we know. 

The Days of our Lives

We have nothing to important going on in our lives but I am learning how to create blogs at my Tech classes.  Feeling pretty tech savey :) 

Porter, our dog, is getting quite tired of the cold weather and can't wait for spring.

Gunner, well, he is just plain lazy. 

As for us, we keep busy with work.
